Manningham YMCA
Manningham YMCA (MYMCA) is an association of Australia YMCA providing health, wellness and community development programs for more than 13 years.

Early in 2007 MYMCA selected TimeTEQ to manage their 270 employees. From early in the project, the time savings and reduction in errors were evident. “Staff are more punctual and the payroll processing time has been radically reduced from 30 hours to 2 hours per fortnight”, said Adam Hawken, Chief Executive Officer, Manningham YMCA.

Ardent Leisure
Ardent Leisure employs around 4,500 full-time and casual staff. Their impressive asset portfolio includes Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint theme parks and attractions, AMF and Kingpin Bowling, d’Albora Marinas, Goodlife Health Clubs, as well as Main Event, which is a collection of family entertainment assets in the United States.

In 2008, mounting labour costs and the burden of managing a large, diverse workforce with manual systems influenced the decision to automate the processes surrounding scheduling and Time and Attendance. Sanjeev Malhotra, Group Manager of Audit and Compliance at Ardent Leisure headed up the team responsible for finding an automated solution. “Escalating labour costs made it easy to cost justify. We estimated a 10 month return on investment across the business”, says Molhotra

TS14++
In 2010, TS14+ celebrated 25 years as Australia’s leading plus-size fashion brand specialising in women’s fashion for sizes 14 to 24 – an enviable achievement. TS14+ store numbers and workforce have grown significantly in recent years, currently over 560 employees across Australia/New Zealand.

The entire Workforce Management process was manual, time-consuming and error-prone. The geographically dispersed workforce, different time zones and various Retail Awards added complexity. TS14+ realised in 2009 that an automated workforce management solution was required to streamline the whole process.

Australian Pharmaceutical Industries
Australian Pharmaceutical Industries (API) is one of the leading service providers to the pharmacy industry in Australia and New Zealand today. API also owns and operates the Priceline chain of retail stores. Their combined workforce consists of more than 3,500 employees.

Prior to automating the process, the workload associated with manual award interpretation was enormous. With warehouse staff in every state working under different awards, manual award interpretation was onerous and becoming quite error prone. In fact, the number of errors had grown so much that an adjustment pay run was run each week to rectify the errors from the previous payroll.
