TimeTEQ has been designed and optimised for delivery on a centralised model to eliminate the need for installation of software on user workstations, both local and at remote sites. RITEQ offer the option of in-house or hosted Software as a Service (SaaS) deployment models.
RITEQ installs the TimeTEQ software on the customer’s own server/s within their existing IT infrastructure and access to the application is via a WAN or VPN using local area networks and the Internet. RITEQ can also provide technology support to customers with limited in house technical expertise. The benefits of this option are primarliy:

RITEQ’s SaaS model supports decentralised access via the Internet to centralised servers located at tier one data centres. This replaces the need for installing and maintaining the application and data on local servers.
All data back-up, software upgrades, and general IT maintenance is done by RITEQ on a continual basis. An Internet capability is integrated into the solution to support fast, efficient, simultaneous communication.
RITEQ owns the servers that run the application and employs seasoned IT professionals to maintain and upgrade the system on a continual basis rather than on a timed or periodic basis. RITEQ have a tested disaster recovery plan to ensure that our clients have access to the application and their private data at any time, from anywhere.
The RITEQ hosted service provides an alternative for smaller companies with low IT budgets, as well as larger organisations seeking to focus on core competencies by outsourcing this non-core area.
The hosted SaaS model supports virtually unlimited growth, removing concerns about out-growing established IT systems. Unlike legacy systems, there is no need for additional expensive on-site equipment such as servers, software and IT resources. Adding another terminal or store simply requires an off-the-shelf PC. |
