Eurostar selects RITEQ to provide time & attendance and scheduling
   
Eurostar, the high-speed passenger rail service connecting London with Paris and Brussels, has selected RITEQ Limited to provide WFM solutions for their Terminal and Depot Operations. The RITEQ WFM solution TimeTEQ replaces their incumbent system and signals RITEQ’s drive toward further growth into Continental Europe.
   
Eurostar has become the dominant operator in cross-channel intercity passenger travel on the routes that it operates, carrying more passengers than all airlines combined. With over 1,000 employees responsible for maintaining and growing this, Eurostar required a solution that provided the flexibility to accommodate their unique Scheduling and Employee Self Service requirements.

Early discussions identified the particular importance of working in partnership with a company to provide services and software that combine to offer a total solution to Eurostar. The optimization of TimeTEQ as a workforce management solution will overcome the issues they have previously faced.

The TimeTEQ solution includes demand planning, labour scheduling, time & attendance management, leave management and timesheet processing to payroll. Comprehensive reporting through standard and customized reports as well alerts and notification all assist in the multi user analytics.
